Costa Rica and Panama Bust Migrant-Smuggling Ring, Arrest Dozens

Costa Rican and Panamanian officials on Tuesday morning arrested nearly 50 people linked to an international network suspected of smuggling migrants through Central America and towards the United States, prosecutors said.
