Facing a nationwide spike in cocaine use, Rep. Jim Himes met with officials in Colombia and Panama to examine the drug supply chain. Both cocaine-involved overdose deaths, and general usage of the substance, rose in the United States by dramatic numbers between 2014 and 2017.
